Our Flattened Chickens are grain fed whole chickens that contain no animal by products. They are prepared using rubs and marinades made with authentic and wholesome ingredients and are prepared with the outmost attention to quality and presentation
Our Flattened Chickens are barbeque and oven friendly – making them a year-round dish – and do not require the use of bricks! Bricks? (Click here to learn how Flattened Chickens were prepared in the past). During our careful preparation process, the chickens are cleaned and deboned, leaving only the drumsticks and wings. This deboning process naturally flattens the chickens. Once our rubs and marinades are evenly applied, the chickens are packaged in our professionally designed air-tight packaging that seals in all the delicious flavours!
